  • Discuss ideas without attacking the people expressing them.
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, sexual harassment, and targeted humiliation are prohibited.
  • Do not promote hatred or discrimination against people based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
  • Do not deliberately provoke arguments, derail discussions, or encourage others to target a person or community.
  • Respect personal boundaries. Stop contacting someone if they ask you to stop.

2. Keep Content Safe and Appropriate
  • Do not post pornography, sexually explicit material, graphic gore, or content intended to shock or distress others.
  • Any sexual content involving minors, or material that exploits or endangers children, is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not encourage, glorify, or coordinate violence, abuse, self-harm, or exploitation.
  • Sensitive subjects may be discussed respectfully when relevant. Use a clear content warning where appropriate and avoid unnecessary graphic detail.
  • These rules apply to text, images, videos, audio, links, attachments, avatars, usernames, signatures, and private messages.

3. Do Not Use the Forum for Unlawful or Harmful Activity
  • Do not use this forum to arrange, promote, or facilitate criminal activity.
  • Do not distribute malware, phishing links, stolen information, compromised accounts, or tools intended to harm others.
  • Do not organise attacks, raids, coordinated harassment, or attempts to disrupt other services or communities.
  • Discussion of security, wrongdoing, or controversial subjects must remain educational, relevant, and responsible.

4. Protect Privacy and Personal Information
  • Do not publish another person's private information without permission. This includes addresses, telephone numbers, private email addresses, financial details, identification documents, and precise location information.
  • Do not threaten to expose someone's identity or private information.
  • Do not repost private messages, private conversations, or restricted content without permission from the people involved. You may share relevant evidence privately with moderators when making a report.
  • Remove personal information from screenshots and attachments before posting.
  • Think carefully before sharing your own personal information. Public posts may be copied, indexed by search engines, or viewed outside this community.

5. Use Accounts Responsibly
  • Meet any age and eligibility requirements stated during registration.
  • Do not impersonate another person, organisation, moderator, or administrator.
  • Do not create accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate votes or reactions, fabricate support, or mislead other members.
  • Keep your login details secure. Do not share passwords or use another person's account without permission.
  • Report suspected account compromise or security issues privately to the administration team. Do not publicly disclose details that would put accounts or the forum at risk.

6. Post in the Right Place
  • Read pinned topics and section-specific rules before posting.
  • Search for an existing discussion before starting a new one.
  • Use a clear, descriptive topic title and choose the most relevant section.
  • Keep replies relevant to the discussion. Start a new topic when the subject changes substantially.
  • Avoid duplicate topics, repeated cross-posting, excessive bumping, and replies that add no meaningful contribution.
  • Older discussions may be continued when your reply adds useful, relevant information. Start a new topic if the original information is outdated.
  • Do not post spoilers without a clear warning and spoiler tags where available.

7. Make Your Posts Easy to Read
  • Avoid excessive capital letters, oversized text, repeated punctuation, distracting formatting, and unnecessarily large signatures.
  • Use the forum's formatting and attachment tools appropriately.
  • Provide enough information for others to understand your question or contribution.
  • When possible, include a text explanation with images, screenshots, or videos so more people can follow the discussion.
  • Do not mock spelling, grammar, language ability, or a member's level of experience.

8. No Spam, Scams, or Unapproved Advertising
  • Do not post spam, chain messages, deceptive offers, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent content.
  • Advertising, self-promotion, recruitment, fundraising, referral links, and affiliate links require staff approval unless a section expressly permits them.
  • Disclose any commercial interest, sponsorship, employment relationship, or other relevant connection when recommending a product or service.
  • Do not send unsolicited promotional private messages or harvest member information.
  • Do not disguise a link's destination or use misleading links and attachments.
  • Do not use bots, scripts, or automated accounts to post, collect member information, or manipulate activity without permission.

9. Share Content You Have Permission to Use
  • Post original content, content you have permission to share, or material you are otherwise entitled to use.
  • Credit creators and link to original sources where appropriate.
  • Do not plagiarise, distribute pirated material, or post links intended to provide unauthorised access to copyrighted content.
  • Quote only what is needed for the discussion. Avoid copying entire articles or other substantial works without permission.

10. Be Honest and Responsible
  • Do not knowingly spread false information, fabricate evidence, create deceptive reviews, or make malicious accusations.
  • Distinguish facts from opinions, speculation, jokes, and personal experience. Provide reliable sources when making significant factual claims.
  • Correct material errors when you become aware of them.
  • If you use AI-generated content, check it for accuracy and relevance, and disclose its use when it could reasonably mislead readers about authorship, expertise, evidence, or authenticity.
  • Do not flood discussions with repetitive or low-quality generated content.

11. Use Caution With Advice and Transactions
  • Members' posts reflect their own views and may be incomplete or incorrect.
  • Do not misrepresent your qualifications or present risky advice as guaranteed or universally safe.
  • Seek appropriately qualified help for decisions involving health, legal matters, finances, or personal safety.
  • Buying, selling, trading, and requests for money are permitted only where expressly allowed and remain subject to any additional marketplace rules.
  • Never share passwords, payment credentials, or verification codes with other members.

12. Report Problems Responsibly
  • Use the report feature or contact the moderation team if you see a rule violation.
  • Provide relevant context and evidence. Make reports honestly and in good faith.
  • Do not retaliate, encourage a pile-on, or publicly expose private information while reporting a problem.
  • Avoid repeatedly replying to obvious spam or abusive content. Report it and allow moderators to respond.
  • For an immediate threat to someone's safety, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Forum reports may not be reviewed immediately.

13. Moderation and Enforcement
  • Moderators may move, edit, restrict, or remove content and may issue reminders, warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans.
  • Action depends on the seriousness of the issue, its context, its impact, and any previous violations. Serious violations may result in an immediate ban.
  • Do not evade moderation by reposting removed content, creating replacement accounts, or asking others to act on your behalf.
  • Do not misuse reports, reactions, private messages, or other forum features to harass members or disrupt the community.
  • Moderation may also address conduct connected to the forum that targets members or creates a credible threat to community safety.
  • If you believe a decision was mistaken, contact the moderation or administration team privately through an available contact route. Explain the issue calmly and include relevant details.
  • Respectful feedback about the rules and moderation is welcome. Harassment, threats, and repeated disruption are not.

14. Use Good Judgement

These guidelines cannot describe every possible situation. Follow their purpose as well as their wording: contribute constructively, respect others, and help keep the community safe and useful.
